Some Facts on NAD
FACTS ON NAD+ HOW THEY ARE ADMINISTERED AND HOW OFTEN IS IT REQUIRED
NAD+ injections are given into the muscle, known as intramuscular (IM), which allows for a higher dose and faster absorption—typically reaching the bloodstream within 30 minutes to an hour. While on the other hand subcutaneous injections which are administered just under the skin (SQ) can only hold a smaller amount and take longer—about 4 hours—to fully absorb. That’s why intramuscular is often preferred for something like NAD+, where we want quicker and more noticeable results.
Each of our NAD+ injections contains 100mg per syringe, administered via intramuscular (IM) injection. If you haven’t had NAD+ before—or if it’s been a while since your last treatment—we typically recommend a loading dose of three 100mg injections in the first week. This helps effectively raise your NAD+ levels and optimize your cellular function.
Following the loading phase, we encourage clients to continue with regular injections to maintain elevated NAD+ levels. The ideal frequency can vary depending on your individual goals and response, but many clients benefit from weekly or biweekly maintenance doses.
